Based in the firm’s Shelton, Connecticut office, Mr. Kapareiko’s experience includes project management and supervision for a variety of contaminated and groundwater supply sites. He has managed numerous Phase II and Phase III environmental site investigations, remedial investigations, and remedial system design projects as well as design and implementation long-term well monitoring programs, potable and irrigation water-supply well design, testing and permitting, irrigation well rehabilitation efforts and hydrogeologic impact assessments. He received a B.S. in geology from the University of Connecticut.
Based in LBG’s Great Lakes, Michigan office, Mr. Parlato has over 15 years of experience managing subsurface investigations and redevelopment projects that typically involve logistical, geotechnical, and environmental challenges. He has completed projects in multiple settings, ranging from design and construction of municipal facilities to construction management of large-scale pipeline release incidents. A licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan, he earned a B.S. in environmental engineering from Michigan Technological University. His professional affiliations include the American Public Works Association and American Society of Civil Engineers.
Mr. Davidson is a water supply expert in the Austin, Texas office of LGB-Guyton Associates, an LBG subsidiary. His experience includes local and regional groundwater availability studies; hydrologic and water quality studies for the Edwards Aquifer Authority and the Texas Water Development Board; well design, construction, and rehabilitation; and the use of various regional groundwater availability models. A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, he received M.S. and B.S. degrees in civil engineering from Auburn University.
